Preferred Reserved Paid Grooming Reservation
Grand Ballroom (Setters & Dachshunds) at the Stamford Hilton
January 21, 22 & 23, 2022

We are excited to have found a place to hold our specialties!   
All rings are on one level.   All grooming is on one level.

First day for reservations to be received is

Tuesday, December 7th

Winter Garden Specialties will have reserved preferred grooming space available to buy.  There are also free unreserved grooming spaces in the mezzanine pre function area adjacent to the ballrooms and outside the Grove ballroom; some free spaces may have access to paid electric, depending on availability.

Each reserved space is about 10-foot-deep and 7 feet wide.    There are 29 spaces available inside the Grand Ballroom and 15 spaces immediately outside the ballroom.  Spots inside & outside the Grand ballroom can only be reserved by those having a room within the Winter Garden Specialties block of rooms at the Hilton.   
When those spots are filled or if you are not staying at the Hilton, we have another large room which will be sold as preferred grooming spots.   This room is not as close to the ballroom as the Town of Rye room was in Westchester.  If you prefer that room, please indicate on your form.  

For Ballroom spots please indicate with your hotel reservation confirmation number.

Reservations will be taken in order received, with preference given to those reserving all three days, then 2 days, then 1 day.     Only mailed reservations with payment will be accepted; Fed Ex, UPS Express Mail are fine but be sure to sign no signature required release.  No hand deliveries.

Spaces are $20 per day.    If electric is desired, please reserve in advance by using this form.   Electricity costs an additional fee of $90 for all three days or $50 for a single day. Every reserved spot will have access to electricity, but those reserved in advance will set up first.   We should have a limited amount of electricity for sale on the day of show setup and the day of the shows.

If you are bringing other breeds of dogs, they are welcome but you MUST have a preferred grooming spot.

ELECTRIC

 

Electrical outlets will be available for exhibitors to prepare their dogs. 

 

The cost is $90.00 for three days or $50.00 for a single day.

 

Prepaid electric using the form above will be given priority when electricians are putting out each plug. 

 

Electric can be purchased ON SITE the day of the show.

Handlers carrying unentered dogs, including those breeds not showing at WGS,  Must reserve grooming space.
